You should start exfoliating you should go to CVS and purchase st Ives apricot facial scrub. What it will do is remove all That degree of dead skin cells on your upper lip. The dark skin on your upper lip is from excess dead skin. You have to remember we also perspirate on our upper lip region so it's highly important that your exfoliate that area. So you pores will be able to breath and also get rid of that excess dead skin that's on your skin surface.

The skin on your upper lip hasn't actually changed colour, but because the hair is growing back from the base it looks thicker and darker.

    1. Stop shaving it!

    2. Exfoliate the area

    3. Use a two-step hair lightener to bleach the hair

    4. When it starts to grow back, use tweezers or thread to pull out the hair from the root, so it doesn't grow back thick. (if you don't know how to thread, look it up on youtube, or go to a salon.)

(I use a combination of bleaching and tweezers on my upper lip.) Hope this was helpful

Upper lip hair on woman is pretty normal, but most of the time it is pretty light and you can't see it without getting close. Here's a tip though: You shouldn't shave your face hair, you should wax and I do know that you said no waxing. You're 10 years old, you shouldn't even be on this site nor be worrying about lip hair or any kind of hair.

  • I think you should get it waxed from now on.

but to get rid of it you can...

~Use sun cream because apparently the sun makes the dark colour show

    ~Exfoliate in that spot

~You can also have it laze redoff to get rid of the big blood vvessels

    ~BBleachyou upper lip

But remember it got that way bbecausethe spot is very sensitive. If you are gentle, and mmoisturiseit will soon fade

Get it waxed or threaded off. The wax will remove the dead skin cells.
