I never had sex but I'm not virgin?

You are a virgin until a penis enters your vagina. It does not matter if you have ruptured your hymen before then, and in fact the hymen can rupture from a number of things not related to sex at all.

Edited to add: My definition of virginity assumes you're heterosexual. I don't know what constitutes losing your virginity for a lesbian, but I'm pretty sure the hymen isn't important then either.

It's a matter of definition and interpretation. Some people may feel that a girl who has had anything inside her vagina means she's been deflowered, that her husband is the only one/thing that has a right to go there. Other people, and I've heard this with my own two ears, say that only penile penetration takes a girl's virginity--she can be experienced in oral sex, in anal sex, in everything else, she may have had all the venereal diseases around, but she is still a virgin until her vagina has been penetrated by penile insertion. Which would technically imply that lesbians who have never ever been with a man are still virgins although they've been having "sex" with their female partners. And that women in prison cannot be raped by other inmates since everyone is female.

You are a virgin until you have a penis going in and out of your vagina. The hymen has little to do with virginity. I wasn't even born with a hymen. Some girls lose their hymens through masturbation, using tampons, even horse back riding. So you are still a virgin.

Having a hymen or not doesn't mean virgin. Having had "sexual intercourse" does. Intercourse means your virginity is gone, but in some countries virginal status IS determined still by physical condition, so it depends on where you are. And yes in California I know that "Rape with a Foreign Object" is a crime so the definition for "Rape" included ANY forced and unwanted sexual contact.

there maybe a space big enough to get a candle by maybe some thing a litttle thicker and fatter like a cucumber thats been washed and try that with out hurting yourself. some girl have lost their virginity by riding horseback or bicycle and sports, id try any way except sex so you dont end up in trouble
