Deadline clarification?
I'm entering an art contest that says, "Entries must be received by December 21st." Does that mean I have to send in my art today, or can I send it in tomorrow ON the 21st?
I'm emailing them as it's digital art, so mail time won't be a problem. I just need to know whether I need to email it tonight or if i can tomorrow. Sorry, when i said I was "sending it" that probably caused confusion.

Hi Lauren,
I think I have bad news for you. It means that you should have sent it several days ago because the place you're sending it to wants it in their hands tomorrow.
Now if the instructions said "postmarked by the 21st," THEN it would be okay to mail your art either today or tomorrow.
If this place is local, can you get it to them in person? If it's not local, well...
