What words could you do without in 2013?

Here are some words I could do without in 2013:

Fiscal cliff: Congress needs to do its job and not let the country drift along in dithering partisan gridlock.

Grover Norquist: As a reward for coming up with a statesman-like compromise we'll let Congress throw him off the fiscal cliff, and measure the size of the splatter. They can all sit down and have a tea party afterwards.

ObamaCare: Here are a few alternative suggestions -- BigHairyScaryCare, Eenie-Meanie-Mynie-Mo-Care, G.O.M.E.R-Care (short form of Get Outa My Emergency Room-Care), OmniCare (not to be confused with ArmKneeCare which is reserved for orthopedic practices only), Medicare Part A-to-Z (my personal favorite)

Gun lobby: Let's substitute GUN LOCKER for GUN LOBBY by passing a law that requires hard time for any gun owner who can't secure his weapons. If you own a gun and some looney tune (blood relation or not) uses it to shoot a school full of kids (or any other crime), you're going to join the shooter in jail. (If you aren't shot and killed in the committing of the crime.)

No: Who really wants to take "No" for an answer in 2013 (...or, beyond)? My teenagers don't know the meaning of it anyway.

I hate the misuse of the word 'like' in:-

I went to the mall in the snow and I was like freezing.

I saw the live show and I was like 'Wow'.

Amazeballs.
