Health concerns with breathing/heart..?
I have sinus Bradycardia I'm usually about 40-50bpm(never used to be)I've been monitoring my heart while asleep its gone down to 31-33.should i be concerned.I have a feeling of head pressure.
I was hit by a car over a year ago,still have ongoing problems.
I will go to my GP they are crap though.
i shallow breath when asleep which is supposedly quite dangerous too.
anyone have any experience with low heart rates.

I suggest you go see your Doctor as soon as possible, or if you're dizzy and light headed go to the emergency room.
That's dangerously low.
