Is this a good meal plan?

Breakfast: 9a.m.. 2 eggs with a glass of orange juice

Lunch: 1 a.m.. 2 cups of spinach, some tomatoes, and carrots with balsamic vinegar.

Snack: Blueberry Nutragrain? bar

Dinner: 8 p.m.. 1 bowl Chicken Alfredo, & a bread stick

    That is waaayyyy to less to eat. Try adding a salad ( fruit salad if you aren't into veggies ) or a fruit smoothie to your lunch AND dinner. Also try eating dinner around 530-630. Don't eat anything after 7. It turns into fat... Assuming you go to bed around 9-11.
