Asian colleges for humanities and sociology?

I'm a sophomore high school student in America and I am thinking about moving to a country in Asia when I have enough funds. I want to major in humanities (sociology, Cultural anthropology) and want to know if there are any colleges ( mostly Japan, china, or India) that specialize in this. I'm not looking for an ultra prestigious school, as I would like some form of social life next to studying, but a good college none the less. I would mostly like to live in Japan, but anywhere is fine. If you can provide links, that would be fantastic! Thanks :)

The isn't a very practical idea because you would need native-level fluency in Japanese or Chinese in order to succeed in college/university coursework there.

There are an increasing number of universities internationalizing in Japan nowadays, through a program called Global 30. You can complete your education in English, while learning Japanese at the same time. The public universities tend to have better scholarship opportunities and fees waivers.
