What foods affect milk supply negatively?

Like, are there any foods that I shouldn't be eating while breast feeding my 3 month old son? And just like there are foods to eat that INCREASE breast milk, what are foods that DECREASE the supply?

-Thank you sooo much.

I've heard caffeine can decrease your supply.. I think it's more caused by caffeine being dehydrating and not the actual cause...

Oatmeal and yeasty foods increase supply and the best thing to ensure lots of milk is always WATER!!!!!! Drinking lots of water will keep you flowing!!!

Peppermint and sage will hurt your milk supply. Herbs are much better at increasing supply than food. You want to use at least two herbs or a combination product. For example fenugreek and blessed thistle to increase production. I use a tea at http://www.breastea.com/ and it works great!

caffeine can decrease. oatmeal can increase. in general though, just eat lots and lots of calories and drink lots of fluids and your milk supply will be good.

Peppermint and sage can decrease your supply. Oatmeal can help to increase (with more stimulation) and maintain your supply.
