Is Shelton Benjamin still a boss in the ring?

Heard he is in ROH now, is he still as athletic and exciting as he was in the WWE.

    Actually, he asked for and was granted his release from ROH just a few days ago because it's widely rumored he's returning to WWE soon. He will still appear with ROH until he signs with WWE, but he's no longer under contract and obligated to appear for them.
