Nutrition and fat loss?
I need some help with my nutrition. I am 28 years old, 5'9" and i weigh around 175 lbs.
Im not in terrible shape, but I dont consider myself to be in great shape either. My diet is pretty much garbage, it was ok before I got sick for a month. It just killed my desire for the good foods I had been eating.
Is there any diet that someone would recommend to sort of cleanse my system and to help me cut down on some fat. A lot of diets include eggs and fish, which I am deadly allergic to both.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Eat clean. Cut out sweet, fried, processed, junk, and fast foods. That includes chips, cookies, crackers, bars, and most white flour products including cereals. Even supposedly healthy varieties aren't good for you. Have lots of fresh fruits and veggies along with moderate amounts of lean protein and whole grains. Drink just plain water. A good book about it is The Eat Clean Diet Recharged. It's full of good information, tips, ideas, and even recipes. Just substitute or leave out ingredients if a recipe calls for something you are allergic to.
