i need help finding a fat loss diet.

everytime i try to look up information the diets all include fish/eggs... i am deathly allergic to both.

are there good substitutes to these?

any diet plan recommendations to try??

I need some help with my nutrition. I am 28 years old, 5'9" and i weigh around 175 lbs.

Im not in terrible shape, but I dont consider myself to be in great shape either. My diet is pretty much garbage, it was ok before I got sick for a month. It just killed my desire for the good foods I had been eating.

Is there any diet that someone would recommend to sort of cleanse my system and to help me cut down on some fat. A lot of diets include eggs and fish, which I am deadly allergic to both.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I need some advice on my workout and eating.

I weigh 174 pounds, 5'9" with around 16, 17% body fat.

I've been working out 2-4 times a week for around 2 months.

I would like to lose some fat from my stomach, arms and legs. Overall I'd like to just tone up a little faster.

Does anyone have dieting advice that I can use to help push things a little faster?

Im asking for help with breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner.

Also if anyone has any simple exercises that can done at home to help as well...

Hello, i am wondering a few things about exercise and weight loss.

Im trying to lose around 10 lbs or so, so I hired a personal trainer. I work out 2 days a week with him and run on my treadmill for around 20 min a day.

My main question is how much should I be eating? I am 5'9" and I weigh around 170 lbs.

If anyone has advice it would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 2006 Pontiac G6 that I bought a year ago. It had 62000 miles on it, as of today it has 93000 miles on it.

I have replaced the rotors AT LEAST 3 times or more. As I'm hitting the brakes I feel the steering wheel shake and feel it while I'm driving.

Does anyone have any idea what to do to permanently fix this? Better rotors? slotted rotors, drilled rotors?

Please someone help with this.

hello, when im driving down the road, at anywhere from cruising speed to highway, I get a high pitched squealing noise. It does not happen when the brake pads are applied!

I know what the first thing you will, say, the indicators are saying the pads are bad. They arent, because they dont have the indicators on there.

These are brand new pads (less than a month old) and rotors less than 6 months old.

As soon as I touch the brake pedal the noise completely stops, but when I let off it comes right back.

Does anyone have any possible ideas as to what causes this and how I can fix it?

Hi everyone, I have a question about my golf hook. I started playing again, after a 4 year time of not playing, and became really good last year. Then towards the end of the summer I developed a terrible hook on my tee shots. I was averaging about 225 yards with 3 wood, now when I hook it im lucky if it goes 150. The weird thing is, this is the only club I have trouble with. I can hit my arms within a few feet of the pin, I can chip off the green no problem. I just dont understand why my main club, the 3 wood, is giving me so many problems. I use the same swing consistently... Any advice?

I drive a 2006 G6 and sometimes when im driving down the road and start to apply pressure to the brakes the steering wheel will start to shake, sometimes only slightly and sometimes a lot. I know a lot of ppl say that it could be because of bad brakes or rotors, but they are all brand new, just replaced. Any ideas of what the cause could be?

I met my ex wife in high school and we fell madly madly in love with each other. We were best of friends and I knew that one day I would marry her. Eventually I did and we had a baby boy together.

Unfortunately for some reason my beautiful wife stopped loving me, and decided it was ok for her to cheat on me with any guy she could.

I knew it was a bad idea but after the first 3 times I kept it going because i loved her with all my heart. After our son badly burned his leg we decided that it was time to get back together and be a family again, for him and for us.

We got back together and it seemed like the old flame that had burned out burned brighter than ever before. We cared for each other and our son with an awesome intensity. I was getting ready to move back in to our apartment one day, but my wife didnt come home.

Eventually she came strolling in at around 10, 11pm (she got off work at 5, and lived 4 min from work) and I could tell it wasn't going to be good. She had cheated on me again.

At this point I went ahead with the divorce, even though my heart begged me not to, I did it anyway.

The pain from all this still hasnt gone away. Ive been to counseling but that hasnt helped. I have tried dating other girls, but that doesnt help because I compare them to her.

Please if anyone can give me some advice I would appreciate it so much. It feels like there is a hole in my heart and I'm afraid it will never go away.

I have a LG Octane phone, and sometimes I add words to the T9 dictionary that I dont want in there. Is there anyway that I can delete custom words from the phone? this can extremely irritating when your typing something and it messes up the words. Please Help!!!

Hi, I am 26 yrs old I am 5' 10" and I weigh 160 lbs. One of my new years resolutions was to get in shape, eat right, and in general just be healthy.

My diet consists mostly of Mcdonalds, taco bell, and chipotle when I work (5 days a week).

Im not fat by any means but I just don't have a lot of muscle.

I need some help with my network. I have a netgear wireless G router, the same one that i have had for 2 years now. I have 3 computers hooked up to it.

1. Windows XP laptop - Wireless

2. Windows 7 Laptop - Wireless

3. Windows 7 Desktop - Wired

On the desktop I have an external HD shared across the network to the wireless laptops. For the past 2 years I have had this hard drive shared across the network using a network map.

Last week I had to reset my Router and everything was set up the exact same way. All 3 computers are online, and work how they used to except they can't ping each other or access the shared drive, but I can see all 3 of them in the router setup page.

does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be and what I can do to fix it?

Hi I have 3 computers on my home network. 1 is a desktop running Windows 7, 1 is a laptop also running windows 7, and the oldest is a laptop running Windows XP.

On the desktop I have an external Hard Drive that is shared. The laptops have a network mapped drive to access it.

The other day I had to reset my wireless router because of a power outage, and now none of the computers can connect to the hard drive. I have tried PINGING the desktop, using ARP, everything I can think of to get it to work and nothing does.

This is very frustrating to me because I share a lot of files between the 3. If there is anything that anyone can suggest it would be very much appreciated.

Im at a loss for words with how i have been playing lately. everything from my irons pushing/pulling to the left and right, my drives and irons wildly hooking to the left or slicing way to the right. Everything from my Grip, to my stance, to my backswing, and my downswing just feels like crap. I used to be able to walk up to a ball and just smack it straight down the fairway, chip within a few feet of the hole, the only thing that is still decent is putting. Anyone have any ideas what I can do to try and fix this mess?

Hi I am having trouble with my swing. It seems that at the end of my downswing (where the club and the ball make contact) i am leaving the club face open to far. it doesnt happen all the time but when it does it pushes my iron shots to the right. This is very aggravating because on the course instead of hitting my ball onto the green, i am hitting to the right, and thus chipping on, which makes me go for par/bogey instead of birdie/par. any advice on how to correct this? its only on my iron shots!

Hi, my computer locks up randomly, it just started a couple days ago. It runs for a while then goes to screensaver, and it seems after a while on the screensaver it just freezes up and the only way to get it back up and running is to hold the power button and shut it off that way. It has an AMD triple core processor, 8GB of DDR2 RAM, 640GB SATA DR, and a 512MB NVIDIA card in it. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be? A friend thought maybe it was an issue with Windows 7 but its less than a year old.

I have an 01 Grand Am. My ABS, Traction control, and Service Vehicle Light are all on. I recently just changed my FRONT brake pads and rotors. My BRAKE light comes on now. I know a year ago the light came on and I had the front wheel bearings changed.

Are there wheel bearings in the rear wheels?

And why would the BRAKE light be coming on?

I am a single Dad who is runnin out of money... Anyones help would be greatly greatly appreciated.

Our Mazda RX8 will crank over but wont start. Has anyone had or heard of any problems with these cars doing this? Its like the spark plugs arent getting fire to them and it just wont start.

I need some help getting healthy. My diet consists of McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys, Taco Bell... Every morning I drink Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, Coke, Full Throttle. I am 24 years old and every day I feel it after I eat and drink this poison. What kind of diet can I get on to eat better and feel better?
