What can I do to get all my emails?

A friend said she been emailing me but I haven't been getting her emails. I sent her and several others a message to reply if they got my email but only 2 out of the 5 replied. Tonight she called to ask if I got her email but I didn't. What can I do to correct this? I have put her and my other friends who I'm in contact with frequently on the favorites list but I guess this isn't enough.

Your answer depends on alot of other factors: Are you using a web based email account or outlook? exchange server? Did those emails that didn't make it to their destination produce bounce-back or undeliverable alerts for the sender? were all files/folders checked? If you are using outlook have you checked the "deleted items recovery" vault in case they were somehow accidently sent to the deleted, spam or junk mail folders. These are only a few things that might have caused this, and on the same side of the coin, you may still be able to recover these under some of the causes, while others may not allow any recovery. No matter any causes.. here is a work around until you figure it out >>

Ask your friend to check her sent items and ask her to resend.. maybe to an alternate address...

    I hope that helps.
