Can you help me name this actor?! I can't remember!?

So I'm trying to remember a movie he was in so I could go look up his name. He's a very large and very tall (like <7' probably) actor. He looks Russian, with black, scraggly, long hair. He always plays villains in movies, and I feel like he was in a spy movie. He has a really big jaw that sticks out and pointy teeth. He's cast as the scary lug who's misunderstood, if ya know what I mean. I can picture his face in my head, but don't know his name. HELP! IMPORTANT. It's not terribly important. It'll kill me if I don't remember.
