I think it's so sad how we all worry about this when we're so young! I'm in the same boat you are (I'm a little older at 30 but I understand what you're going through because this topic has bothered me at least that long as well).
The first recommendation I have for you is to not worry excessively about it (if it is really a concern I can understand how this is hard to do). Worrying causes stress, and stress can possibly make your body older than it would be otherwise.
The second (and probably MOST important) thing you can do is to wear SUNSCREEN during the day (especially during peak sun hours) to protect you from the sun's ultraviolet rays (which destroy collegan in your skin and can cause wrinkles). You'll need at least SPF 30, and if you live in a sunny environment and/or are fair-skinned then you'll probably need even higher, especially in the summer.
The third thing is if you smoke, try and quit. Smoking has toxins that also destroy skin over time.
The fourth thing is eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular exercise. Vitamins help with skin tone and exercise is good because it keeps your blood circulating which helps the overall condition of your skin. All of these things are excellent prevention measure you can take to keep yourself young as long as you can.
If it would make you feel better to go and talk to a doctor or dermatologist about your concerns you can, but they'll probably say you have nothing to worry about in terms of what you look like at your age.
I'm guessing you're worrying a lot more than you need to, and that you probably look younger than your age as well (it's mostly the ones with the greatest concerns about someting who actually have the fewest problems with it). Most people don't really have what people would call "wrinkles" until their 40s and for many their 50s or 60s. Don't worry so much if you can.

there are alot of great firming creams out there if you go to ulta or macys they can look at your skin and give you a reccomendation. Also the most important thing ever to prevent aging is sunscreen. Where 50spf at least on your face everyday. Also moisturize your face every night with a good thick night cream and also get yourself an eye cream. Genetics does play a good part in aging as well if all else fails there is always botox! lol Oh and often forehead lines are not actually wrinkles but are furrow lines and you can train yourself facial muscles to stop scrunching try this website for some tips
