does the Majestic Elegance Punta Cana use wrist bands?
Going to a new resort in a new place for us. The hotels we stay at in Cuba do not use wristbands as they are adult only places. The Majestic Elegance is adult only BUT I really don't like the idea of having to wear a wrist band for the entire week to get service. Also how does it work with the premium booze? A buddy of mine got stuck with a bar bill for the premium booze in Mexico, he wasn't a happy camper at check out and LOL his wife wasn't happy with him. All he said to me was that you have to be careful when ordering drinks.

Most adult only resorts don't need to give wrist bands. They know everyone will be an adult and of drinking age. As for the booze, if you order a bottle of wine other than house wine, you will be charged extra. They charge one hell of a price for these wines so be careful what you order. I have never payed extra for any other liquor in the all inclusive resorts in Cuba, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, or Dominican Republic. Depending on the part of some resorts in Mexico, such as the low end, you may pay extra if asking for a bottle of Black Label Scotch for your room bar.
