There is one sequence matching your terms and it does indeed involve prime numbers.

Why do I get the feeling you just randomly typed a bunch of numbers and asked us to "find the pattern".
As for your "hint" that it involves prime numbers... hardly worthwhile information since primes have no known pattern, and so their properties and associations to one another also have no known pattern. Any mathematician knows this. It would probably be more helpful if the sequence was based on corns found in your stool samples.
