Non-rapist don't believe in blaming women for rape. Rapists are a different story, of course.
@Matt
Since the links provided all reference male on female rape, what I said made perfect sense in the context of this question, and you well know it, Silly.
What I'd like to know is why you keep on trying to get my attention? You already know I'm married, lol. ;)
By the way, I don't mind that English is obviously not your native language. I think you're doing a great job with it. You're actually intelligible most of the time...with that slight Klingon accent.

Men do tend to blame the victim and not the rapist, usually because the rapist is a friend of theirs . It's wrong and sick, of course, but that should answer your question.

Men in general? No. Some of the dickheads on this section? Yes. I wouldn't go so far as to call them "men" though.

To accurately respond to your question....Yes, specific women are responsible for the rapes they commit.
Specific men are responsible for the rapes they commit.
"Non-rapist don't believe in blaming women for rape."
Many women are rapists themselves. Only a fool would not blame such women for rape.
Trying to label those who blame women who commit rape for rape, by impyling they are rapists themselves is idiotic.
Failing to express yourself properly in your native language is even worse.

Stereotypical forcible, violent rape? Hell no.
But a girl who gets herself too drunk to remember consenting to something, and then has buyer's remorse the next morning? Yes, that's on her - not the guy who she was fond enough of when she was still hammered.
EDIT: If both parties consented at the time of the act, then it is not rape. Girls who try to have it both ways by consenting at the time, and then changing their minds the next morning are not victims. If both parties are equally intoxicated, the girl "raped" the guy just as much as the guy "raped" the girl.

Those are only sad unfortunate cases. Most women get drunk and then scream rape so yes most of the time it is their fault. Children are not women and are not responsible for anything.

I believe it should be a man choice. Since Eve came from Adam we should have free choice in what we do with our own bodies.
