Fantasy Defense problems?

I have two fairly dominant defenses in Seattle and Cincinnati but with Seattle playing San Fran and Cincy playing Pittsburgh I added Indy's defense because of them playing Kansas City... I'm broken on which 1 out of the 3 to start

The problem with Indy is that they aren't an opportunistic DEF in terms of what gets you points (sacks, fumble recoveries, etc). It's also a road game in a tough venue. I agree you wouldn't start Seattle, but if your league gives credit for return yards, the Bengals are a pretty decent bet. Sure, the Steelers may hang a few points on them, but they're very opportunistic, it's a must win game, and they'll have shots to get those points on DEF.

Other DEF that may be available that are good starts are AZ, the Jets and the Chargers. Oh, and Carolina.

I say Seattle because the 49ers aren't putting up many points against good defenses and with Kaepernick, the 49ers aren't as good as they used to be.
