My brother is doing a speech and he needs to define the word antioxidant so that his audience will understand what it is. I am having a tough time putting the definition into terms a 4th grader would understand. If anyone can simplify its definition, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am in high school and have to make up my own soliloquy for English. We are currently reading Julius Caesar, so my soliloquy will have to be in old English. I have written what I want Caesar to say in modern English and have tried to find some sort of translator online, but have been unsuccessful in trying to find something that meets my standards. If any of you experts on Shakespearean English could find a few minutes to "translate" the following into old English, I would appreciate it very very very much!

I missed the new NFL documentary, League of Denial, yesterday and I really want to watch it. The wi-fi at my house sucks, so I can't watch an online video without me constantly refreshing it. There are a lot of things I want to do later in life, but I'm not sure which dream to pursue. I am 14, so I feel I should really pick one and stick to that dream only. She said to set aside time for this, so I was wondering if it would take a really long time, in order for me to pace myself. I want to play football for my high school team, but I am unsure what position I should try. I am about 5'10" and somewhere around 145 pounds. I have pretty good strength in my arms and legs, but not the most accurate person at either. My last 60-yd dash was about 8 seconds, but that was like a year ago. I can catch pretty well too. What rock material is the Upper Rhine Aquifer made of?

How much water is removed from the aquifer daily (or annually)?

Is there anything being done to protect this aquifer? If so, what? If not, what could be done?
