If I make Tiramisu Christmas Eve will it hold it's appearance for Xmas day?

    It will be perfect. I always make it the day before so it has time to settle and get cold.

    Yes, it's supposed to be refrigerated several hours anyway so the flavor intensifies. Do it the night before and leave it overnight.

    Of course, just cover it with plastic wrap and put it on the fridge.
