Doing push ups, pull ups and sit ups every two days?

I regularly play football (soccer). So my legs and cardio is pretty much fit. However, to get my upper body in form, will doing push ups (variations like diamond push ups or inclined), pull ups(and chin ups), and sit ups get my upper body in form?

to get your upper body in form, doing things like pull ups, dips, sit ups, crunches, weight lifting, wall stands, etc will help you.

Be sure that when you work out, do enough sets and reps so that you are tired afterwards. take a day break in between because when you do an intense workout you need time for your muscles to recover and build. if you do an intense workout everyday, your muscle fibers won't get a chance to recover.
