How to get to a party without your parents knowing?
My friend and I want to go to a party for New Years with her boyfriend, and our parents are fine with parties but this is a town over so we'd take the train, and they're sort of over protective...what's a good alibi?
We're both in our last year of school and 17 btw so yes we can handle parties and it's not a big one

If you are that age, & they accept you going to parties, then be an adult & tell them. You could 'ease their minds' by telling them that it is a group event (you, your friend, & her boyfriend, hell the more the merrier) & that you will send updates, quick texts saying you're fine. If you lie, they won't trust you anymore & 18 is the true time to party, don't ruin it for yourself by killing all chances to enjoy it for a party you may want to leave before the night is up.
