Now my current work out plan is day 1(chest, lats, biceps, triceps, and traps) day 2 (legs, lower back, shoulders, and abs). Or should I do day 1 (arms/shoulders), day 2 (abdomen/core), and day 3 (butt.thight). what give the better work out, I do go 3 times a week so current plan is usually do day 1, day 2, day 1 ect. so some weeks get more day one other weeks more day 2. Or is it better doing second plan of day 1, day 2, day 3 in one week? Thanks.

I was thinking about joining it, but don't want to be ripped off.

I work night shift 6pm to 6am and want to start working out. I Usually work nights in a row. Would it be a bad idea to work out after I get done with work because I will have to go home and sleep after working out? I usually run a mile warm up and then lift weights if that matters.

I have tried connecting the red audio out on tv to the sound bar system and the same with the white one at the same time, but does not work. I have it hooked up just like the previous tv it was hooked to (ports have the same name now as they did before) but sound will not come through the sound bar, only the TV. How can I hook them up?

I work Monday through Wednesday. Those days of the week I am usually pretty good. I start to over think on Thursday through the weekend. I get bored, sit there and think im going no where in life. I need things to keep me busy, I recently joined a gym and plan on going Thursday and Friday morning, and maybe a run after those. I am with someone I truly love, but he is so busy we don't always get to talk or see each other. I just need some tips for staying busy and some hobbies.

We are planning on moving in late spring with each other. Some days I over think about how much it hurt when he broke up with me and afraid he is going to do it again. I know inside this is dumb cause I can tell he really changed(he makes more time for me, does more small things for me, can tell when something is wrong with me) and I know he really cares for me. I over think from time to time about how he hurt me and what if he does it again when I know I have no reason too. How can I stop over thinking? My friends said I have nothing to worry about and I know its true.

So I guess how do I get over the fears/over thinking that he gonna hurt me again and move on from the thoughts of when he hurt me.

The zombies are mostly frozen solid. food would probably be scarce. The group has a college student, his sister, and their mom. A redneck repo man, a blonde bimbo, a 4 year old boy, 13 year old girl, college instructor and a nerdy 22 year old guy.

So about 2 months ago my Boyfriend said he needed some space. So I gave it to him, then about a month later he text me for a week everynight, then finally one night he said he missed me. he also said he wouldn't have been texting me if he didn't miss me. so we hung out about 3 weeks ago. When I was at his place I noticed he still has the ticket from our first date on his head board and on his shelf he still has something I made him. Then about two weeks ago we hung out again and I told him I still care for him he said "I know, and I cant believe we are having this conversation( he said this with a smile and I I cant believe you are questioning me if I care voice). You are busy with school finishing up over the next few weeks, and I am busy to as you know." he then said when I graduate from college we can see how things are and go to dinner. Does it sound like he still is interested in me?

About a month ago my boyfriend said he needed some space and was unsure about what he wanted in life. So I gave him space. He text me first and eventually said he missed me and it took him time to realize what he had. So we hung out a few times, once at his place for about a half hour and then one time at a bar for about a half hour. Tomorrow I have plans to see him. I am just wondering how I should ask him about our relationship, such as are we in one, does he want to try again, if he is serious about trying again, and how we could possibly work on a future relationship. I want to ask him with out sounding rude or mean. Please only serious replies.

I am a 23 year old straight guy in a relationship. I currently am in school for nursing. I lost touch with almost all of my buddies from high school. I want more guys to hang out with cause most the other students are girls and my job at the hospital is mostly girls too. Any ideas where I can meet more friends to hang out with.

I am in a newer relationship and don't get to see my boyfriend much. I was wondering if I should ask him what type of relationship he wants or what he wants out of this relationship. Is this ok I don't want to make him mad. I really care for him and just want to make sure we know what we want.

I woke up this morning and was texting my friend fine with 3g imessages. I then put my phone down to charge and went to eat. I came back about a half hour later and I could not imessage my friend. It said my messages were not sending. Also usually our conversations are in blue, but now they are in green and not sending. Any ideas what to do? I restarted my phone and that didn't help, I can only text while connected to wifi.

I'm planning a 2d20 horror for my friends, and am trying to think which era in American history would be the best setting. Currently I'm planning between 1920s, the 1940s or 50s. Any ideas, or better eras you were thinking about?

I was just wondering if you thinks she will be a playable download character for injustice gods among us. I know recently concept art about her was released, but do you think increases her chances or decreases her chances of being in the game for future downloads?
