Why do some people fall in "love" so easily online?

They're obviously one or more of the following:

1. Desperate

2. Young/naive

3. Like d-bags (some people actually are accustomed to being treated poorly)

4. Think they know you better than they actually do

Maybe they just think they fall in love? Maybe it is because you are a funny and cute person? I have had really strong friend-ship feelings for people I have only just talked to, like 3-4 weeks, but never in love :/ sometimes people mistaken feelings, feelings are weird like that, you don't really know what you're thinking, like if I like someone as a friend and they are funny, cute, and understanding and have a lot in common then I usually get a strong friend-ship feeling for a faint crush.

It's cause some people are desperate for a relationships, and cause it's easier to pursue someone on the internet. Even if they don't like you. It's like that quote " we always adore the ones who ignore us and ignore the ones who adore us."

People fall in love so easily over the internet because they are unable to see the others persons flaws. When you see someone in person, that's when you truly know them as a person. You can hide anything about yourself on the internet

Because u can say anything online and not mean it but make it mean something to someone else

lonely and desperate and in need of attention and haven't been laid before
