I am yet to find a nonstick frying pan. Even the very expensive Swiss Diamond is no good. Any suggestions?

Even a non stick fry pan needs some oil, butter or some kind of fat, to work.

Keep the pan on medium heat when using it.

Use the right utensil with the pan. A silicon spatula works well.

I like my Paul Dean. I found a set from a yard sale $20 for 4 pans a couple years ago and have never been let down. Even when my son, who thinks quick cooking is hiking up the flame, char broiled the pan it still came out nicely.

  • Because there is no such thing. Go with the original non stick and use cast iron.
