Can you put a dye over a black hair dye?
Alright, right now my hair is red, in a few weeks I'm planning on dying it a more acceptable colour because I have a public service job and I'm off for Christmas, so that's the only reason I dyed my hair.
My natural hair colour, dark brown, would easily be dark enough to cover it up.
Although, part of me wants to dye it black, but, I'm worried if I dye it black and don't like it, I won't be able to dye it a different colour, is this so? Or will I be able to dye my hair brown again if I don't like it?

Your hair is style of a bite of white paper. The greater colorations (dyes) you combine into it, the darker and messy the colour turns. in case you have been to colour a paper black and then attempt to place yellow over it, it would bring about an unattractive, nasty brown black. Black dye is the main effective of all dyes, hence you will choose for a colour stripper. in case you elect a various attitude to stripping the colour of, you ought to use lemon juice and photograph voltaic to help the colour fade, or maybe a clarifying shampoo. the sole project with those techniques is that it fairly is particularly time eating. till you elect on your hair to be a mushy colour, choose for the colour stripper. reliable success :D

It wont be easy. If you color it black again and again and again, layering all of those layers of black, then it will NOT strip. I had this happen to me. I layered the black over and over and I had to wait to grow it out for about a year. Regular trims all throughout the process too. Eventually I cut it pretty short. If anything color it to a medium or light brown. It will look darker too.

I'm Asian, and I have natural black hair. It is true it is hard to dye your hair if you dye it black. You would have to strip it. If u do dye it black, I have actually used a light ash blonde color dye to lighten my hair. It's hard to tell because each ethnicity varies.
