NEED A FEW TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS?

Anyone got a bit ov laptop knowledge.......my laptop wont play disks.....dvd or cd....others use it...and alter allsorts on it.....any ideas b4 i take it for repair...where they automatically find a million probs...n need a bank loan to pay 4 it (acer extensa..5235) thanks

    1. take an English class and learn to create cohesive sentences

    2. re-install the drivers for the CD drive

    3. makes sure nothing is preventing the disk from being read

    4. get a new cd drive
