To make or create a bootable Windows 7 USB flash drive or DVD to install Windows 7

use the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool (WUDT),

which is also known simply as ISO Tool

which you can get from here > http://download.cnet.com/Windows-7-USB-DVD-Downloa...

or here > http://images2.store.microsoft.com/prod/clustera/f... (direct download from microsoft)

you will also have to go to your

    computer manufacturers website,

download all the drivers required by your hardware

    to run in windows 7

and save them either to a usb device

or burn them to a DVD for installation

after you have installed windows 7.

As far as I know you'll probably have to get a new windows 7 os disk from the store an original copy (recommended). Or you can go the illegal route there are many copies out there but not recommended if u connected to the net cause they (microsoft) always detect if its not an original copy and that tends to mess it up a bit your wall paper disappeares and they put some message that your copy of windows isn't original on the bottom righjt hand corner etc so might as well get a new windows 7.

Microsoft makes Vista and domicile windows 7, so which you particularly in basic terms have 2 alternatives. And, basically approximately all call-kind laptops incorporate a unfastened improve to (the two are consistently actual) W7 besides. the main needed decision is Vista domicile ordinary (organic junk) or Vista domicile top type (sturdy) OR domicile windows 7 domicile top type (greater powerful). Then, 32 Bit or sixty 4 Bit. BTW, W7 Starter is junk, too. So, provide up stressful with reference to the domicile windows version, and concentration on determining on a computer that meets your specific computing needs. GAMING laptops value much greater (2 to 3 situations) than get right of entry to-point ones for a reason. that's all with reference to the portraits!

Are you having the original serial keys for your Windows 7? If yes then you can do that easily.. Or your Windows 7 came with the laptop?

Also, if you have bought your laptop after June 2012 then better to upgrade to Windows 8 in just $14 legally. Check the link in the Source

Did you not get a Win 7 disk with your Inspiron? If so just use it to install Win 7. If you didn't, all you have to do is call Dell and ask them to send you one.
