sausage, egg and cheese casserole that you make the night before and then pop in the oven when you get up
OR
egg benedict with homemade hollendaise sauce. I sometimes subsitute crabmeat for the candian bacon.
Source(s): I'll send you the recipe for the casserole if you want. In my house it is a big hit. - gypsy50309Lv 68 years ago
I don't have a specific tradition, but I probably just eat leftovers the from the Christmas eve meal. We have to do 3-4 Christmas gatherings over the 24-25. So on Christmas morning I'm gearing up for one or 2 more big meals and just need a snack, if anything.
But one year my partner's grandama did a huge Christmas eve breakfast/brunch thing. She made a egg strata-type casserole, then lots of breakfast things to choose from- meats, potatoes, breads, juices, mimosas... etc.

we've continuously spent the month of December eating: fudge, candies, not person-friendly candies, cookies, loaf muffins, and different candies. For Christmas morning we'd like something which isn't candy. We usually open presents first and don't consume breakfast until approximately 9:00 A.M. and...........our accepted Christmas morning breakfast (or brunch) is: hand-crafted biscuits, dripping with butter, and sausages and sausage gravy. I make it each and every 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. We then won't consume dinner until approximately 3:00 and we in straight forward terms consume the two foodstuff on Christmas Day.
