    Honestly 3 exercises each for your bis/tris

    like four exercises each for your back/chest

    You shouldn't need forearm exercises unless you are using straps.

    Do weighted sit ups instead for abs

    I hop you aren't doing this all in one day

    Your way overdoing it on the biceps and triceps. Two to three exercises with 3 sets is more than enough to get a good workout without over training. The only way you could effectively complete this workout is if you were on gear.

    That's good, nut remember to switch it up every 4-6 weeks so you get the max growth. Possibly a little more back and legs though...

    depends on your frequency and intervals between workouts.....what is your intent, bodybuilding, toning, weight loss ?
