If you were swallowed by a hundred foot wave what would kill you first?
Now that the Mayan end of times has ended I was curious. If you were suddenly enveloped in a 100 ft wall of water would the water pressure kill you if you were 100 ft under but only 10 ft inside the wave?

You are assuming that the wave just washes over you so you end up at the bottom of the water. That's not what would happen. There would be a load of debris being pushed along by the wave, and you would be part of it.
What would kill you would either be some of the other stuff being carried along by the wave, or the wave throwing you into some stationary object.
