Question about purchasing a camera?
I don't even know where to start lol. I've always liked photography and I've been taking pictures with my phone. But I know this is a hobby that will last me for a lifetime.
I was looking at cameras and I really like Nikon cameras however not sure what would be a good camera for beginners. Hoping someone could give me some insight or recommend a website or anything. I've looked at D3200, D5100, and D7000. Also supposedly there's a D5200 that's come out everywhere except the US.
I think I would really like the D5200 but I've waited so long to buy a camera, should I wait patiently? And are there other camera's I should be researching. I'm also happy with the D3200.
Photography is like a foreign language to me. So any help would be really appreciated.
Mainly just knowing what camera to buy so I can start taking pictures and sharing them!
I'm super passionate about wanting to do this so thanks in advance.

There are so many cameras out there because there are so many different tastes and styles. My suggestion is to visit a shop where they have a lot of cameras out on display that you can pick up and play with a little. (Future Shop and many other large stores will have something like this.)
The best camera for you is the one you will take along with you and actually use, so you want to make sure you are comfortable with it. Don't get too stuck to a brand name; you might like a touchscreen interface or wi-fi sharing more than manual controls, so go test them first.
