This is a funny question but it's alright I'm here to help you out :) I find it most effective when I spray it once on my chest an twice in my hands and from there rub the spray on your neck and the rest on your jeans :D if your wearing a jacket it's best to leave that Un-sprayed it will start to stink if it gets wet

Spray two sprits on chest, one sprits on wrists, one spits on finger and rub behind ears. There are certain body spots that produce more heat and that will enhance the scent.
