Keep yourself busy moving before you sleep so you'll feel exhausted, sleep on your back and put a pillow under your knees to help your lower back, drink some milk before you sleep, read before you sleep, and make sure there's no loud noises. Also, it helps me if I sleep in shorts cause sometimes the long pj pants suffocate my legs. I hope this helps you :)

I would like to say ambian but I have been on them for four years and found them to be very difficult to break away from to say the least. But they will put you to sleep within 10 or 15 min. my second option would be take a cap Full of NyQuil cold and flu medicine. Excedrin PMs were the best now there's Tylenol p.m. and Advil PMs. They usually take about an hour to kick in. If you lay down and watch TV after you take a couple you will does off.
