well I have a drop down menu on the top , on the left corner of my tumblr's blog and I want it to be just under my description . Where I have to put the drop down menu's code ?

highlight it all (or hit ctrl+a) and right click and select "copy" from the menu... then go to your tumblr blog and hit "customize" and then "edit HTML"... highlight all the code and then delete it... then paste the copied code in and his update preview and then "save"...
