As for free speech, does a foreign national have the right to influence US public opinion without full disclosure? Does such rhetoric violate terms which a visa was granted? Mr Morgan is still free to express his views from a London studio. If Mr Morgan wants to live in a gun free society why doesn't he reside in England?

no, peirs is allowed under constitutional law to state his opinion just as we citizens are. even under visa he is allowed his right to free speech, wether we like it or not. as long as he does not break any felonious laws he may do as we do. for clarification, check into the visa laws and articles.
