Expired drivers license!!?
While visiting a sick relative out of state, my driver's license expired!!! I have to drive home. What do I do?! I have to drive, I'm the only one that can...I can't find any answers...HELP..
Wow, Scott...I appreciate your concern....when you have a sick relative, that only has a few months to live, thinking about your drivers license wasn't the first thing on my mind...thanks alot for your smart *** answer...it wasn't something I planned on...I forgot, forgive me for being human..merry christmas to you as well...
Jay, I'm not blaming anything on anyone, I was simply asking for suggestions, and figured everyone would want to know why I let it expire...I didn't do it on purpose, and I had obligations to this person, my God...I am human, and do to these circumstances, renewing it was the last thing I thought of..I did forget...and I hope nothing like this happens to you..goodness, I'm not blaming anything on anyone...but myself, I was just letting everyone know why...good God..

RELAX!! Drive home in a responsible manner and avoid being out on the road after bar closings.
Go to the License office and get a new one.

Didn't say which state your from, if you were from CA, provided you had no moving violations you could just pay online, many states do this now so you may want to visit your states DMV site. however if you have had any moving violations within the past 5 years then you have to go to the DMV and take the written test before you receive your license again

You could have renewed your license up to 6 months before its expiration date. Now you get to drive back to wherever home is without a valid license.

I like how you blame your expired driver's license on a family situation instead of simply acknowledging the fact that you forgot.

Just don't get pulled over until you get home and get it renewed.
