Water intoxication happens when you drink water and don't/can't pee. It take a lot, nearly gallons. As a Russian, I am surprised you are drinking green tea and not black tea. You might see a Dr and have your blood sugar levels tested - simple blood test - to check for diabetes. Un-quenched thirst is a warning sign, not to freak you out, but you need to get checked.

I suppose that's rather as much as you. Are attempting reducing the quantity you drink whilst you get a craving, go for six oz, alternatively of 10. Also, consuming through a straw supposedly reduces tooth contact, and use much less sugar, or swap to honey. In view that drinks like tea and occasional will also be dependancy forming, that might have slightly to do with the dependancy predicament as well. So that you should at the least ease off to lower cravings it is most often healthier to diminish your intake of tea and tobacco at any fee. They both are dangerous for enamel and the hot liquid, and sizzling smoke is dangerous for your mouth and throat. But finally it's up to you whether or not or not you should discontinue consuming tea.

It is normal to do that and is not unhealthy only if you do it every day. Every one does it once in a while were they drink something and they can't stop like me how I don't drink tea but the other day I had one and I couldn't stop drinking it.

Just don't over drink, I over drank and had a fever and was sick for like 3 days.
