Why does it feel so chilly in here when the thermometer is registering 74 degrees?

It is driving me nuts. the temp is at 74 the humidity is at 38% and its chilly feeling like its closer to the low 60's not the 74 that the thermometer is registering.

Update:

Didn't think of an illness i feel fine other than tired. all the h.v.a.c. equipment is working there are temp. gauges through out and they are in unison of saying its 74 degrees. oh that reminds me did you know they make a phone that announces the caller id info. my folks got one. i dunt know why maybe my mom cant read its broadcast across the t.v. screen and a talking caller id on the phone my dad is deaf. thats their place you call the tv shows who is calling and the phone tells about it. their place is always cold thats why i am here and for other reasons.
