How much does does a plastic surgery job cost?

Let's say I wanted to reconstruct my face to look like a Final Fantasy character, lets just say Kadaj. How much would that cost? (I am a guy, if that helps).

    That would cost about 20k

    Depends on the amount of surgery needed and how long it will take. No way to predetermine a price without a doctor's assessment of what you want done.
