Is it too late to prosecute trayvon martin for his crimes?

trayvon martin already received justice for his violent felony assault upon Mr. George Zimmerman. However, it is a known fact that trayvon martin was also a serial burglar and serial prowler. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement should take trayvon's DNA and run it against cold cases. When trayvon's DNA is linked to rape or child molestation cold cases will the law be able to file charges against him or at least hold his parents civilly liable for his crimes he committed before he became an adult?

"His violent felony assault upon Mr. George Zimmerman" is pure fantasy. It is NOT "a known fact that trayvon martin was also a serial burglar and serial prowler."

But no, IF he could tied through DNA or other evidence to specific crimes, it would not be possible to prosecute a dead person.

He could have been arrested via the police at the instant. i do no longer understand if it replaced right into a hate crime or no longer (there is evidence it replaced into yet i do no longer understand if that evidence is conclusive), even with the undeniable fact that it replaced into on the least negligent homicide and probable a minimum of 2nd degree homicide (reckoning on the criminal definitions of homicide in the statutes in Florida). he's claiming self protection, even with the undeniable fact that that's his criminal accountability to teach that and the evidence does not help the opposition. as quickly as the Feds take over that's greater complicated. There, discrimination will become paramount to federal authority under the 14th exchange. If the close by police are refusing to do their activity for some reason different than race, the feds can not intrude. Now i think of that should not be too stressful to teach given the situations, even with the undeniable fact that it is not as rapid as though the close by police had arrested him like they might desire to have. they might desire to perform a little actual examine first. you in addition to mght would desire to endure in techniques that the two Obama and Holder are complete wimps while it contains something remotely probable arguable in some circles, no depend how little possibility there is that anybody in those circles could ever vote for Obama or evaluate no longer criticizing him for any reason.

Mr. Martin is dead. Where did you come up with these accusations? Trayvon Martin is innocent of any and all charges for one simple reason. He has never been convicted of any crime in a court of law. What do you propose, dig him up and wheel his corpse into court? There is no way he can confront any accusers and a number of other points of law. He has been TOT higher authority.
