If the binge eating stops, how fast will the weight go away?

I've had a few cycles of eating disorders, ranging from anorexia to bulimia to bingeing back to bulimia, etc.

And now I'm in a binge cycle again and consequently I gained a lot of weight but I'm wondering, if I just keep up my daily routine, and go to work (in a kitchen, cooking, for 8 hours a day twice a week), and the only thing I do is stop eating so much, will the weight I gained just stop going up or will it actually start coming off?

Since you're binge eating I assume you are taking in slot of calories which means if you start eating less and eating healthy food then you would have a huge calorie defect which means you would lose weight really fast. I have had eating disorders too and after I started eating strictly only healthy foods and eating less I lost more than 10 pounds in less than a month.
