  • Does anyone know anything about Cradle of Filth's dancers?

So I know that at some shows, Cradle has a dancer or several dancers on stage performing with them. But I've never actually seen this live, and I have no idea how Cradle finds and hires these dancers, or what their criteria is, and whether the dancers travel with them. I've seen pictures but there's never a name to a face so I can't even look at the dancer's skill set. I've googled every possible thing I could think of and I haven't found any answers. I doubt anyone knows anything about this stuff but if you did I'd really appreciate any and all information available

  • I have a boyfriend I love, but my guy friend getting a girlfriend is killing me...?

I had a crush on my guy friend literally years ago, and he's the sweetest, nicest, most understanding and patient guy I know. Recently, just a little before Christmas, he strongly hinted he has a crush on me now. However, I have a boyfriend and was in a really hard spot trying to choose between them but I ultimately choose my boyfriend. BUT, I want to get married one day, and my boyfriend keeps going back and forth on that idea and keeps saying he "might" want to get married but it'd be more to "appease me" than anything. Not to mention we've had a lot of arguments, and I have trust issues with him due to him sexting other girls before. But I still love him a lot and we're doing really good now. So now my guy friend is talking to this girl that he's been friends with longer than I've known him and they're talking about making it official and a voice in my head is screaming "NO HE'S SUPPOSED TO BE WITH ME" but an equally loud voice is screaming I love my current guy, we just have issues to work out...but I don't know if I'm completely content with him, I feel restless, I love him but...any ideas as to what I should do?

  • Using 5HTP and St John's Wort intermittently?

I use 5HTP every other day to help with an eating disorder I have, it generally works but I heard you build up an tolerance to it. If I use 5HTP for a day then instead of taking another 5HTP, I take St John's Wort 2 days later, would I still build up a tolerance to the two? These would be the only pills/supplements Id be taking aside from a multivitamin.

  • What would this caree be called? Culinary nutrition focusing on eating disorder recovery?

Hello, I'm a culinary arts major and will be specializing in culinary nutrition with a concentration in psychology. Due to personal reasons, I am very interested in helping people recover from eating disorders. Ideally I would sit down with them, go over what they need and what they want to achieve, figure out what they like and don't like and their budget, and would ideally also teach them how to prepare the food in a healthy way (so as to not trigger them more and help them understand that food is not evil).

Would that job be classified as "dieitian," "nutritional therepaist," or some other career?

  • How to make a long distance crush like you?

I see this one guy every friday, saturday and sunday when I'm leaving work. I go to college out-of-state during the week and don't have my own car on weekends when I'm in my home state. He lives 50 minutes in one direction from work, I live 45 in the other. Hanging out isn't much of an option until the summer I guess.

We text every now and then, at first a lot but it's been four days since we exchanged numbers and it's slowing down. I can't get this guy out of my head, how do I make him like me if I barely ever see him and can't hang out at all?

  • If I just tell send him a message saying have a good day, every day...?

I like a guy from the building I work in (different department though), but I don't know ho he feels about me. Work can be really demanding for him and require him be there anywhere from 8 to 12 hours. I go to school in another state during the week and can only see him on weekends, when he's working.

So I as thinking, if I send him a text saying "Have a good day," "Hope everything goes well today," etc, and don't text after that unless he texts me back, would that help keep me on his mind while I'm out of state? Or is that dumb?

  • How to tell if a security guard likes you? (I may be reading into this a bit much...)?

I was getting out of work one night and I stopped to talk to a guy from the security department that I was "friends" with (it's more like friendly and polite than actual friends), and his coworker walked by and smiled and said hi but seemed too focused on walking his rounds (or too shy to stop and talk, idk, it seemed like both). The next weekend I worked, I ran into him and asked for his number and her gave it to me. We've been texting since saturday morning but it's not just one-liner texts, we actually talk about where we're from, our career plans, hobbies, pets, etc.

When I stopped to talk to him after my shift ended, he was at his post, and he seemed happy as usual and asked if I was going back to my college for the week, we talked about his job, etc. He was looking at me but his body was completely perpendicular to mine (I guess because he was still working?) He kept his arms behind his back, kept good posture and I know we kept eye contact for a little longer than normal...maybe I'm just crazy, but regardless, thoughts? I'm not sure what to think.

  • Are tax laws for restaurant employees different than for other jobs?

I worked as a cook in two restaurants this past year, in CT. One place didn't withhold any personal income tax. Another only paid the social security tax and a medicare tax, and that was it. Apparently all I get back after taxes is $9? I am very confused.

  • How are dopamine and anorexia related?

Does too much dopamine cause anorexia? Or too little? Or is it that anorexics have normal levels of dopamine, but too many receptors? All the articles and abstracts I'm reading are using too much scientific jargon, I'm not smart enough to fully understand that.

Also, would taking "dopamine supplements" cause anorexia, or would they just reduce receptor sensitivity, hence leading to some type of (similarly negative yet at the same time) opposite effect?

  • I look the same as before but weigh more, but I didn't work out?

A few years ago I got really sick and lost a ton of weight, but it slowly crept back on. And now I look the same as before I got sick. But the scale says I weigh 20 lbs more. I don't think that can be right because 1) I look exactly the same, 2) All of my clothes fit from that time, they're not tight at all, and 3) I look exactly the same. I spent the last year working as a cook in a few restaurants, and sure, we do a lot of heavy lifting and scrubbing and manual labor, but 20 lbs of muscle in a year sounds like a myth (especially when I barely went to the gym, and if I did it was for cardio). I don't understand this at all.

  • Undereat by 1200 calories a day, but then binge two days a week?

I have a tendency to undereat throughout the week and only eat about 600-800 calories a day during the week. But then I get ridiculously hungry on weekends and eat about 5000 calories between the two days. I am also trying to lose weight and I know that's not helping anything at all but how much does it put me back? And I don't mean to cut down to under 800 a day, I just get really busy.

  • Display driver intel graphics accelerator driver for windows XP stopped working...?

Whenever I try to play my Sims 3 game the screen goes black, then maybe comes back and I get this message, then everything freezes and I have to do the emergency shutoff thing. I'm thinking I need to update th BIOS thing but I don't want to further complicate things. I've tried uninstalling sims, lowering the graphics, uninstalling custom content and limiting how many sims I make to three per household. This has been a problem for a year now.

I have a Windows 7 Home Premium system on a HP Pavilion, 64 bit with an Intel core i5 CPU.

  • My hamster keeps squeaking and running around?

I got a hamster two weeks ago and it was fine, but now it's squeaking really loud when it's in its cage (which is under my bed, because I live in a dorm and we're not allowed to have pets other than fish), and it keeps running on its wheel. If it's not running on its wheel it's running around the cage or sitting in a box with a sock in it, with its face in its paws. Why is doing this?

  • Culinary jobs that have more regular hours?

I'm going to college for an associate's in Culinary Arts and until recently I thought I wanted to be a line cook, and eventually a chef at a restaurant. But at the same time I kind of want to consider other jobs, possibly something with more regular hours (not that I don't love cooking until 2 AM). I'd like to have time for a family and maybe an occasional vacation? And a decent paying salary would be nice. Any jobs that require a culinary degree that would fit this?

Also, I'm going to get an associate's in a field of management after I get my CA degree. So maybe that would help?

  • If the binge eating stops, how fast will the weight go away?

I've had a few cycles of eating disorders, ranging from anorexia to bulimia to bingeing back to bulimia, etc.

And now I'm in a binge cycle again and consequently I gained a lot of weight but I'm wondering, if I just keep up my daily routine, and go to work (in a kitchen, cooking, for 8 hours a day twice a week), and the only thing I do is stop eating so much, will the weight I gained just stop going up or will it actually start coming off?

  • How do I convince him our ages and jobs won't be an issue?

There's this guy, who is a Marine, and is also a line cook at the same restaurant I work at (we're both line cooks, just on opposite ends of the kitchen). He's mentioned thinking of getting a different job and/or going back on active duty sometime soon, and I only work at the restaurant two days a week (I'm at college the other five), so we're in that gray area of the don't-date-a-coworker rule.

He's also 5 years older than me (I'm 19, he's 24). However...due to financial reasons, he's in a typical 21-year-old situation (not enough money for an apartment, cheap car, etc), his friends are getting engaged and he doesn't even have a girlfriend, stuff like that. And I've always been told I'm very mature for my age anyway...

So how would I get him to consider dating me even though I think he may have a problem with the age difference and work situation?

  • What religion would I fall under?

For the longest time I thought I was Christian but my Bible study group has been questioning me on if I am and now that I think about it, I'm probably not.

But now I'm spiritually lost. I've always described myself as religious, specifically Christian, and it bothers me that I don't have a name for my beliefs.

So what religion/religions believe these things?

-There is only one spiritual being/ "god"

-This being or "god," if you will, exists and is omnipresent and omniscient, but does not interfere with human life. It may have created the universe but we're more like a little ant farm or sim game than children to it.

-There is a spiritual plane where all souls ("good" and "evil") go after death; however, if your soul is not at peace, you may come back (not necessarily reincarnated, more like a ghost I guess) and try to find peace.

    - All life needs to be respected and cared for. Even that of unborn children (so abortion is inherently wrong).

-There is now way to "pray," you can pray but don't expect anything to get answered.

Is there anything like this out there? I know I'm not Buddhist, I was up all night trying to figure that out and the answer is no. Thanks in advance :)

  • Is a 17+ lb gain really possible?

I binged on like, no lie, easily 70,000 calories in the last three days (I'm not even going to try to explain how but PB had a huge role) and I know I gained water and poo weight but I did number crunching, and 70000-5700 (what I need per day times 3) - 3000 (purged, yes I'm kind of disordered...) = 61300, divide that by 3500 (calories in a pound) and I got 17.5! Is it even possible to gain almost 20 lbs in 3 days? I already know I'm not eating for the rest of the week, fullness aside there's just no need....
