Does the Bill of Rights protect foriegn visitors in the USA?
I suppose I asked because of the Pierce Morgan deportation issue but in reality it could concern so so many others visiting.

Actually, in recent years the Supreme Court has waffled on this one.
In some cases it has ruled that it does, in others, like an FBI raid in the Philippines, it ruled that it did not.
It is hard to tell how they will rule sometimes.

Yes. The 14th Amendments guarantees all such civil rights to anyone within our borders.
There really isn't any deportation issue. Those petitions have no legal effect on anything.

Yes, the Bill of Rights applies to foreign visitors while they are visiting America, but not once they leave American soil.

They have a freedom of speech and expression, if that's what you need to know.
For example: Piers Morgan has right to express his opinion about gun laws.He only said that he wants to bun certain types of weapons, this is not against 2nd amendment.
