Military Star Card Balance Transfer?

I have a military start card with an ok limit, but its on base use only, not the Chase, Mil Star branded retail use card. I'd obviously like to take this line of credit with me when I leave the service, the question is, can you balance transfer a military star card? There is no significant balance on the card so I am not worried about fees or such things, I just want the credit transferred to another institution. Can I do it?

    You can't do what you want.

    Listen, you will leave the military, have a job, and you will get a regular card.

    IF you ever get a regular card, make sure you pay in full each month.

    Never dare play games of carrying balances that can only destroy credit.
