What software can I use to manage my Eclipse MP3 player?
I do not want to use MediaMonkey, it is completely not user friendly. I simply want to make playlists of MP3 files, and drop them onto the device.
Thanks in advance.
2 AnswersMusic & Music Players8 years agocan I game this Airline Miles system?
So there is a program with my current miles system, sign up for X and get 3000 miles. Now X says, you get 30 days free and then are autocharged. The conditions say you must be an active member of X to get the miles, and they will be awarded "after the 30 day trial". It will take 6-8 weeks for the points to show in my account. So the question is, can I cancel on day 31 and still get the miles? I figure, I am an active member on day 31, past the date, they will request the miles to be awarded, and then I cancel, they aren't going to cancel the request right?

If the people refuse to vote for any candidate, are their rules regarding what would happen? Would the people currently serving automatically be re-elected? What method do the people have to control Congress except to elect people to do the same thing year after year?
7 AnswersElections8 years agoIs it legal to use a personal loan for college?
Is it legal to take out a personal loan (not a student loan) for school?
I'm asking because the only financial institution I have that offers a student loan only allows their loans to be used at certain schools. (I'm looking at you Wells Fargo). So I want to get a personal loan with one of my current institutions to cover the cost. Is that legal?

2 AnswersXbox8 years agoArmy First Sergeant billet question?
It has always been my understanding that a First Sergeant is a billet responsible for the leadership and direction of the enlisted Soldiers of a unit, advising the Commander. How does this work in a unit with section Sergeant Majors? If a 1SG gives a Soldier an order, can the SGM (not a CSM) over-rule the 1SG? By nature of his billet, shouldn't the 1SG's decision be followed over the SGM? And finally, are there any regulations regarding this relationship?

4 AnswersCurrent Events8 years agoMilitary Star Card Balance Transfer?
I have a military start card with an ok limit, but its on base use only, not the Chase, Mil Star branded retail use card. I'd obviously like to take this line of credit with me when I leave the service, the question is, can you balance transfer a military star card? There is no significant balance on the card so I am not worried about fees or such things, I just want the credit transferred to another institution. Can I do it?
5 AnswersCredit8 years agoHow do I find a truly compatible woman?
I've tried the bar scene, i've tried online. How do I find a woman that I am truly compatible with? I'm in my mid-late 20's, I have a career, i'm decent with money. I'm looking for a woman who wants to be treated like a queen, is in reasonable shape, has a decent job, wants to settle down. I'll also say that I have an affinity for certain clothing, so I would like her to humor me in some of her fashion, I would love for her to wear some outfits I would buy for her. I dont feel it appropriate to dictate her wardrobe, and its certainly not a deal breaker, but its something I like. I think I would be more interested in a woman my age or older.
So 2 questions, how do I find her, and what else do I need to ask myself as far as what I am looking for?

1 AnswerLaw Enforcement & Police9 years agoRight to bear a knife or sword?
I was looking at this question: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=200905... and I looked up other rules and laws about wearing/carrying knives/swords, and it popped in my head, aren't these laws in violation of the spirit of the second amendment? It appears that the Supreme Court would argue that "Arms" are weapons that were not specifically designed for military use and were not employed in a military capacity. Thus, the most natural reading of “keep Arms” in the Second Amendment is to “have weapons.”
While I understand safety and security concerns, I would say I am in favor of punishing people for law breaking actions such as assault with a deadly weapon or misuse of a weapon, rather than the carrying of the item. Thoughts?

5 AnswersUnited States9 years agoOwning precious metals?
Hi. I've seen the same ads, and articles everyone has about owning gold. I have my doubts. But I also saw an article for silver as well, and I have to ask, is owning precious metals (not investing in them on the market, but actually owning bars of silver or gold) a good idea? If something were to happen to your country's currency, could you go somewhere and sell your bars? Can you do it during normal times? (i.e. can you go somewhere now and cash in your bars) Also, what about converting some of your money to another country's currency? Its probably not a good example now, but the euro used to be (idk if it still is) worth more than the dollar. Is it an idea to convert some funds, and cash out when the exchange rates benefit you? Thanks.
