Skyrim are there any mods like this?

I really hate the fact that your smithing levels up with the value of the item. So, is there a mod that brings back the old smithing leveling or increases the value of the daggers?

    get skyrim version 1.0

    or get a ton of steel and iron and leather ingots and make shields
