Court questions. Minor was speeding?
Okay, so I'm 16. I've only had my license for like 2 months and was caught doing 55 in a 35. Now I have court since i'm a minor. Will my license be for sure taken away or fined or what do you think is likely to happen? And what happens at court???? By the way, this is for Ohio
Also I will be 17 in 4 days, and my court date will be in a few weeks so I'll be 17 by the time I go to court if that changes anything

If convicted, you will not be able to operate a motor vehicle without an adult/guardian in the car for 6 months, or until you turn 17.
