Can you get a tattoo over self harm scars on your arm?

Actually you can, my former roomate, she did self harm to both arms, and she got a word in another language that means strength and it covers upp all the scars and her tattoos look beautiful, but i did ask her it did hurt alot because it was going over the old scars. But if you got o a good artist they will be able to do it correctly where it doesn't look horrible when it heals

I think it could distract from them, but before getting a tattoo, I would look into scar repair creams. My sister used a cream for the nasty scar on her back and it is barely visible now.

No you can't because the cuts would bleed again and ink would get into your system and possibly kill you

ps: the ink is not posonis and if there only scares then they wont open up
