Would you move to Singapore where a condo apartment unit costs you a minimum of US$2,000,000?

Rental costs you between $2800/mth to $10,000/mth, depending on location

If you decide to own the apartment unit, you ought to pay between $2,000,000 to $10,000,000.

YES, because is good for investment, you can rent them and generate income for several years then sell the apartment at even bigger price.

BTW, you're wrong at prices. Condo studio apartments can be found as low as SG$500,000 which is about US$400,000. Average apartments are 100 sqm 3-bedroom and start from SG$800.000 at end of island to max SG$2,000,000 in downtown. SG$10,000,000 are only penthouses and bungalows.

Singapore wages are one of the highest in the world, prices are not too high some of us, do you come from a third-world country? Just be sure that you get a well paid job, If you cannot find a good job, you can rent apartments or rooms for as low as SG$1,000.
